Picture
This program includes a series of classes that provide additional knowledge and appropriate tools to improve management skills and enhance the development of leadership capacity of KSU managers. This series will also address specific leadership and policy subjects of interest to KSU faculty and staff. The overall goal is to maximize leadership performance, job competencies and resourcefulness that will enable managers and team leaders to be successful in their administrative role.  These courses are also appropriate for high potential team members who are preparing to take on management responsibilities.
